Join our growing team today.Job Description:The Process Engineer is responsible for the performance results of Process Engineering and Quality Assurance.

The selected individual(s) will be viewed as key technology leaders, and serve as resources for the region with overall accountability for process control systems, quality and process problem resolution, and change management.

The individuals will also work with regional site leadership to achieve performance measure goals, and to drive the continuous improvement process.Schedule:M-F Day shifts with flexibility for nights and weekends as neededBenefits:Profit-Sharing Annual BonusPaid Vacation Time, start accruing 1st day of employmentEarn up to 3 Paid Personal Days Yearly for Perfect Attendance11 Paid Holidays, includes Personal Birthday401(k) – Up to 6% company matchMultiple medical and dental plans to choose fromWellness program that will allow you to earn discounts on medical premiumsVision and Rx coverageEmployer Paid Short/Long term disability insuranceEmployer Paid Life insurance for employee/spouse/child, with optional employee buy-upEmployer Assistance Program (EAP)Continuing Education Tuition reimbursementMultiple Employee Discount ProgramsResponsibilities:Ensures compliance with all corporate and plant safety policies and proceduresMaintains ISO compliant process and quality recordsProvides leadership direction, coaching, and training for all process team membersUtilizes process control methodology (Six Sigma, SPC, Designed Experiments, etc…) to solve problems and improve process control and capabilityPlan and direct the efforts of the process technicians in investigating and resolving manufacturing or quality issues, making recommendations for preventive action, optimizing current products and processes and commercializing new productsDevelop and maintain systems including performance measurements, failure costs, control systems, quality standards, product and process capability for all raw materials and finished products by utilizing such tools as statistical methods, Pareto charts, flow charting and failure mode effects analysisEstablish and maintain a process and quality assurance audit function to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.Develop corrective action plans and systemsDirect efforts in gaining and maintaining knowledge of trends in the industry that lead to improvements in product quality, product consistency, process efficiency or cost reductionsWork with the plant teams to define process specifications, which include machinery set-ups, operating conditions, set points, tolerances, processing procedures and packaging specifications, based on a strong understanding of customer requirementsAssist in preparation of capital expenditure requests to improve existing operations, increase efficiencies, improve product quality or commercialize new technologiesServes as a resource on plant technologies, control systems, and raw materials.Initiates and assists with implementation of process control improvements using DMAIC planning process Support the effective implementation of investment projects approved for capacity or facility expansion and upgradesEnsures plans are in place to meet all performance indicator targets/goalsServe as the reserve shift supervisor, as neededOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications:BS in Engineering or equivalent experienceMinimum of 7 years in Process, Maintenance, or Operations roles in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience in Injection Molding is a substantial plusCompetency in employee engaged people leadershipExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal effectiveness in order to support our team-based cultureMust possess a passion for excellence and the desire to succeed#LI-KP1
