Position Details

We are looking for a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to work as a member of a collaborative, dynamic team in our Health Services Unit based at our Portland Service Center in Portland, OR. This position provides, under general supervision, professional practical nursing care to mental health clients for behavioral health and recovery services. Will work with clinical and case management staff to coordinate care; and to perform related work within the scope of the licensed practical nurse. Administrative duties will apply. This position will report to the facility Administrator for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and work collaboratively with the Health Services Director. Travel between programs will be required.

Work Schedule: Primarily, Monday–Friday with Rotating On Call Weekends

Additional Qualifications: Applicants must have knowledge of counseling techniques; theory and practice supporting mental health consumers; the ability to interact and relate to residents, staff, managers and others with professionalism and courtesy. Will be expected to exercise clear, consistent, appropriate, and therapeutic boundaries. Pro-actively problem solve and will be able to effectively assess and manage crisis situations. They will demonstrate effective verbal intervention skills in de-escalating clients, identifying risk situations, and managing aggressive behavior. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.

Qualifications

MUST meet State of Oregon and ColumbiaCare credentials by the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid LPN license issued by the Oregon State Board of Registered Nursing
  • Maintain current First Aid/CPR certification and Food Handler’s Card
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; comprehend laws, administrative rules and regulations, and agency policies
  • Have working knowledge of medications, including Psychotropic drugs
  • Must be capable of devising treatment plans with consistent follow up
  • Ability to perform regular maintenance of patient records and treatment plans through Electronic Medical Records keeping system (CareLogic)

Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Annual Salary of $42,000-$60,000 DOE. Project Manager, Global Data Center Connectivity

The Global Data Center Connectivity (GDCC) Project Manager will provide site level project management functions to ensure GDCC projects are being executed on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will be the key point of contact for managing the full project life-cycle from before a site is announced, to project kick-off and all the way through production turnover and into operations. The person in this role will work closely with the GDCC team to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other cross functional departments for support. The GDCC Project Manager is highly collaborative with cross-functional partners at the Data Center Headquarters, our on-site contractor and other data centers globally.
  • Project Planning & Control – Create, maintain and report on site project and program scope, schedules and milestones. Work closely with the GDCC Program Management team throughout the project lifecycle from the creation of project and program plans through project close out.
  • Learnings – Continually review ongoing projects for efficiencies in schedule, budget, and opportunities to enable cross functional partners to be successful. Document data points to assist with field coordination of projects. Support development of Project Management best practices and initiatives, coordinating SOPs/SIPs with vendors, and participating in global and regional standards. Coordinate lessons learned with the GDCC Program management team.
  • Forecasting – Support leadership with forecasting and budget efforts as required. Share current project status with upstream and downstream partners, ensuring crisp and complete handoffs between teams.
  • Technical Reviews – Establish milestones for equipment purchase and track and report against these milestones. Assist with the selection and review of a contractor to support the structured cabling work within a data center.
  • Materials – Assure delivery and maintenance of all structured cabling and connectivity, on time, within budget, and to global Facebook standards of quality, reliability, and uptime.
  • Metrics – Report progress and risks on site projects and other initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Workflow – Work with team members to establish and track milestones. Conduct pre-project planning, project handoffs, and ensure design delivery and verification. Identify and respond to project risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively through effective action and appropriate escalation. Track and manage project change order requests.
  • 5+ years experience in project management.
