We are a small and dynamic company with offices in Portland, Oregon, and Shanghai, China.

If you join our team, you will be one of three people in our Portland office, where team dynamics are essential.

You will be expected to conduct yourself in a positive manner and be open to direct and honest communication.

Because our team is small, you will have a unique opportunity to learn many aspects of our business and will be expected to flexibly assist with various projects as needed.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, helping our wholesale and retail customers through the order process flow.

Thoughtfully and courteously communicate with customers, primarily via written communication

Assess and solve customer problems with compassion

Communicate directly with the customer regarding stock availability, pricing, shipping, and other order-related tasks.

Coordinate freight shipping as needed for large orders.

Process and provide to the customer an invoice and tracking information for all shipped orders.

Maintain accurate inventory and daily PO spreadsheets.

Support current and new customers via multiple contact points.

Assist with other projects in the office as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fantastic email etiquette

Previous customer service experience strongly preferred

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Solid MS Office and Computer Skills

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities

Ability to handle varying workloads and happily assist with other tasks when needed

Strong attention to detail required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00
– $24.00 per hour
