Physical Therapy Aide

Big Sky Physical Therapy in McMinnville is hiring!

We are looking for a couple of dynamic individuals to join our team as a part-time or full-time Physical Therapy Aide.

If interested, we are looking for candidates for an afternoon shift, working from 1 pm to 7 pm, but this could vary (and can be changed due to your scheduling needs) and flexible availability is very helpful.

Ideally, candidates should possess an interest and/or background in the movement and science of exercise, as well as a working knowledge of computers and customer service.

This position will assist Physical Therapists with patient care and exercises, as well as assist Office Manager with scheduling of patients, filing, answering phones, cleaning treatments rooms, cleaning for closing clinic, and more.

We are a Physical Therapist owned, outpatient clinic, specializing in orthopedic, sports medicine, work comp, pelvic health, and more.

We work with a wide variety of patients of all ages and ability levels.

We offer a friendly, caring, work environment with knowledgeable staff.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic is a must!

Job responsibilities include: Assisting PT with patients, greeting them, transitioning them to treatment areas, assisting with exercise programs, cleaning and preparing rooms and treatment areas, general organization and cleaning of the clinic at the end of the shift.

Front office duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, and collecting payments.

Weekly hours will vary.

This could work into full-time hours if desired.

Starting pay is $14/hr with an increase to $15/hr after 30 days with positive job performance.
