The Role
Are you a passionate, mission-driven teacher who wants to help close the COVID learn loss gap?

Are you looking to earn supplemental income?

Then this part time role is for you!
We are seeking teachers to provide small group instruction virtually to students across the country (grades K-12)!

We provide various engagement opportunities to our school partners, ranging from summer academies to remediation to homework help.

Engagements can run anywhere between fourteen to thirty weeks, and usually require a few hours of commitment during the week.

Staffing isn’t guaranteed once you’ve been admitted into our community, but it is likely:)
You are a great fit for Tutored by Teachers if you care strongly about diversity and believe that all children are capable of achieving their potential with the right set of tools.

Requirements
This role requires you to be a credentialed US teacher.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Experience teaching 9-12
Experience teaching in an online environment
Working knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom
A teaching credential
Bonus points for:
Experience with remediation, intervention or small group instruction
AP course experience (any APs) helpful!
Dedication to advancing equity in schools

Benefits
The pay:
We pay $36 per tutoring session, which usually requires about one hour and fifteen minutes of work.
We’re currently hiring teachers for different fall semester engagements.
