Summary:
The main focus of the associate would be to ensure customer service by proving efficient and effective service to meet and exceed expectations of the customer, which includes receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
The associate also needs to be able to assist customers with printing needs, which includes using their knowledge and expertise of print products and production methods to help customers reach business solutions
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and quality product delivery.
– Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
– Assist in merchandising the center, including: stocking shelves with product, ensuring clean and orderly appearance of store and general housekeeping duties.
– Operate copiers, printers, fax machines, binding equipment and other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner, as well as help customers operate office machines.
– Effectively apply knowledge of printing concepts such as paper considerations, file formatting and output settings.
– Meet with customers to present concepts, brain storm and adjust designs to fit their needs or taste.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required
– Retail/customer service experience (6 months to two years preferred)
– Knowledge and application of Adobe Creative Software and Microsoft Office (two years preferred)
– Outstanding phone skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time
