Sales Operations Manager- Salesforce (REMOTE)

TRC is growing tremendously and seeking a Sales Operations Manager
– Salesforce (REMOTE) to join our Commercial Operations Team.

The ideal candidate must have a strong business acumen, natural curiosity, and an analytical mind who is a problem solver and teacher at heart.S/he will be an experienced Salesforce Administrator (SFDC) with a deep understanding of sales and marketing automation, reporting & analytics, and optimizing user-experience and workflows within the platform.
This position provides exposure to all areas of the business, experience partnering with different functional departments (Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Operations).

Your experience with understanding sales and marketing data, lead gen workflow and strategies will be pivotal.
This position can sit 100% remote anywhere in the United States or work out of any of our locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the Salesforce platform operation and performance.
Collaborate with the Operating Sectors, Business Development, Marketing and Finance to ensure the appropriate dashboards are available and display the appropriate data.

Develop new and update existing dashboards and reports to display data as needed by the businesses and functions.
Own Salesforce.com rules, process, and ongoing data integrity to increase functionality to improve process and usage of Salesforce.com.
Provide leaders with data to support timely decisions as well as solve sales and operational challenges.
Oversee data quality in Salesforce and work with the Vision ERP system in data cleanup activities.
Monitor critical KPIs such as win rates, pipeline velocity, pipeline growth and others, and report performance to the Chief Growth Officer monthly.
Participate in the annual budgeting process by providing input on sales forecast and booking targets.
Own the Salesforce roadmap for the company: Collaborate with Business Development and Sectors to develop the mid
– and long-term development roadmap, to meet TRC’s commercial objectives.
Oversee the implementation of the roadmap, including strategies for in-house development or external vendor support.
Work closely with the Vision ERP, Data Architecture and PowerBI teams to coordinate implementation of changes and troubleshoot issues.
In coordination with the PowerBI team, develop and maintain dashboards to track performance by Target Client and by Business Development person.
5+ years-experience as a Salesforce admin or in a Salesforce-(heavy) position; experience in Lightning highly preferred
Sales coordination or other sales-related experience is preferred
Experience in an Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) or professional services firm is preferred
Experience in data analytics and/or manager is a plus
Experience with Pardot, Deltek Vision and/or PowerBI is a plus
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
