Energy Efficiency Program Development and Operations Coordinator (REMOTE)

TRC Advanced Energy seeks an Energy Efficiency Program Development and Operations Coordinator to support the implementation of new and changing energy efficiency measures, program operations, and cross-functional program development for residential and commercial energy efficiency programs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, client-focused, and a team player who takes initiative and can juggle shifting priorities with a high degree of quality, efficiency, reliability, and accuracy.

This position works across teams and requires the ability to understand energy efficiency equipment and program eligibility requirements, provide outstanding customer service both internally and with clients, and ensure quality control and accuracy across an array of program materials.

A demonstrated aptitude for understanding, or interest in, energy-efficient technologies is also helpful in this role.

Key Responsibilities Include

Act as a primary quality assurance checkpoint for functionality and accuracy of internal and external program forms and documents
Support development, maintenance, and tracking of customer-facing program forms, as well as other key internal and external program materials and documents
Submit Energy Efficiency Product Requests with Engineering and Operations teams
Support research projects and new initiatives with the Program Development and Innovation team
Maintain and continuously improve implementation manuals, process flows and strategy guides for research projects or new initiatives
Synchronize, and provide continuity and communication between cross-functional teams, facilitating the efficient flow of information and materials
Other Duties Will Include

50%: Operations
– Track, update, and ensure ongoing quality control for Program materials, processes and operational tasks including Energy Efficiency Product Requests
15%: Project Coordination
– Oversee deliverable timelines, develop and manage work back schedules for ongoing projects and initiatives
15%: Program Development
– Support and improve new and existing program offerings and services through research, opportunity analysis, and documenting results and lessons learned
10%: Reporting
– Coordinate team inputs and analyses into comprehensive, client-ready reports
10%: Customer Service
– Support Customer Service and Processing Team with customer eligibility and file reviews
Education/Experience/Skills

1-3 years professional experience, energy program operational experience preferred
Strong attention to detail required
Strong verbal communication and writing skills required
Capacity to understand technical concepts and apply creative solutions to overcome challenges
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adjust to shifting priorities
Extensive MS Office skills required
Experience with CRM systems and SharePoint preferred
Experience improving processes preferred
