Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support and be an integral part of the accounting team.

Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability with numbers and a friendly demeanor.

Daily Responsibilities include:
Provide outstanding customer service to all current and prospective clients on a daily basis
Phone reception and other administrative tasks; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
Work closely with management in regards to monthly accounting tasks; preparing customer invoices; managing AR and AP.
Perform bookkeeping tasks to classify expenses, reconcile banks statements, etc.
Additional duties as needed
Experience and Skills needed to get the job done:
Solid oral and written communication skills with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail, passion for accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
Quality customer service skills—this sets us apart from other firms
1-2 years General accounting knowledge to include familiarity with journal entries, bank reconciliations, P & L’s, budgets, etc.

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software is preferred.
