Communications Director

Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently recruiting for a full-time Communications Director!

Adapt’s Communications Director primary responsibility is to serve as the agency’s lead on communications
– analyzing and planning communication strategies to integrate with agency goals and objectives
– and managing media relationships.

The position will work in marketing and communication functions approximately 80% of the time and planning and management 20% of the time.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Developing and implementing annual communications and marketing plan
Act as strategic lead for media engagement
Managing Adapt’s public image
Recommend and review communications budget and strategic plan in close coordination with administration and fiscal teams.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in a related field or 5 years experience in a related setting, a strong background in the implementation and execution of communication strategies, strong interpersonal skills, and writing and editing experience.

Adapt offers two insurance plans to all eligible full-time employees and their families, in which Adapt currently pays 100% of the premiums.

In addition, a 401K plan is available to all employees and contributed to by Adapt after a specified time of employment.

Pay: $60,000.00
– $85,000.00 per year
