Responsibilities:

Supervising the Systems Integration Team responsible for the testing, sanitization, configuration and installation of server hardware and supporting infrastructure.

Work with peer organizations and regional teams to deliver hardware and services.

Work closely with network engineering, project management, logistics and supply chain in order to successfully deliver hardware and infrastructure to support ongoing business growth.

Mentoring and developing technicians such that they can run daily operations with minimal supervision

Lead a diverse team and develop both the technical capabilities and leadership qualities of individual contributors.

Create and drive a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and safety

Support and contribute thought leadership to the development and implementation of business practices which support the growth and ongoing management of our Systems Integration Facility

Performs hands-on hardware, software, and network testing and troubleshooting.

Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications:

5 + years experience working in a critical environment

5 + years experience in server hardware, network and systems management

5 + Experience in personnel management, organizational leadership, people development and team growth

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high visibility environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience in influencing and leading a diverse group of people, partners suppliers across multiple disciplines

Knowledge of networking, structured cabling, server and storage hardware and datacenter infrastructure

Leadership experience making decisions with minimal direction

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently to support concurrent project priorities.

Ability to manage expectations and provide proactive status updates

Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors

Ability to communicate technical detail into succinct and fact-based business terminology both verbally and in writing

Ability to use independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems

Your Challenge:
Responsible for the continual development of standard operational procedures
Lead the development of project scope, pricing, and preparing proposal opportunities
Serve as a focal point regarding the impact of deploying new products and services on technical operations, including installation process, customer service integration, training, performance evaluation and budget
Develop go-to-market strategy for Professional Services; prioritize and “productize” services offerings into discrete packages that can be marketed to multiple accounts with specific needs or within specific verticals
Participate in business development activities including pre-sales meetings
Participate in Hardware and Software design and roadmap meetings
Partner with other departments including, but not limited to marketing, engineering, training, and customer service to insure successful product and services roll-out, integration and continued quality of service for customers
Manage customer-paid integration services, system/solution deployments, and customer training
Oversee complex system integration for systems delivered worldwide.

Work with Product Development on the design of systems using both COTS and proprietary hardware, software, and network designs.

Development and management of support options and processes
Direct assembly and management of demo equipment
Direct development of technical sales materials, demos and presentations
Develop processes, team, and infrastructure required to grow this business
Develop training materials and programs; manage customer interaction in the delivery of these training programs.
Oversee engineering team on the deployment of these systems in global environments
Design and oversee Phone/Field support
Develop support systems and materials including FAQ, Web Site, Technical Bulletins, etc.
Provide tracking and reporting statistics for RMA Program
Ensure that equipment is repaired or replaced, and returned to the customer in a timely manner.
Provide leadership, employee development, coaching, and mentorship to the professional services team
Drive overall architecture of service products for external and internal customers
Ensure, and create as needed, processes and practices to ensure reproducible service delivery and high quality, while keeping costs under control
Manage service delivery schedules and resources, ensuring consistent and profitable delivery
Your Expertise:
Strong decision-making ability and willingness to support changing department initiatives
Strong grasp of project costing
Strong customer-facing experience; demonstrated ability to work with sales to help close business is a plus
Strong demonstrated project scoping skills; experience working with Salesforce.com is a plus
Must understand technical issues, but is also a “big picture” thinker who looks for ways to improve and grow the product support operations
Strong technical background in networking, telecommunications, contact center operations, or eCommerce
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams
Excellent skills in developing and managing systems integration, online system support, customer support
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience required
Experience with IT, networking, voice, and security systems design required
Experience with enterprise networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Experience with voice systems such as PBX, voice mail, VoIP
Experience with wireless transmission equipment and standards including Wi-Fi, LTE, and Satellite

The Leave of Absence Specialist will be responsible for processing the leave of absences for union and non-union employees, determining FMLA eligibility and sending out applicable correspondences regarding the status of employee’s leave of absence requests.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Administer leave requests and accommodations requiring specialized attention, particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state and local leave laws, and short-term or long-term disability plans.
Communicates with employees regarding their needs for leave and/or modified work schedules.

Seeking a Medical Director to lead outpatient Neurology program in Medford, OR.

This position will be a practicing general Neurologist with previous Neurology site Medical Director experience (2-5 years) who leads the team that provides general and neuromuscular outpatient Neurology care in Medford and Grants Pass, OR.

Our Neurologists provide coverage to the Regional Medical Center and a second Medical Center.

This position is 90% clinical and 10% administrative.

Medical Director shall provide the following services:
Provides medical leadership to both Medford and Grants Pass outpatient Neurology clinics.

Works to integrate neurology-related services into the larger medical systems in order to maximize efficiency and quality.

Works collaboratively with designated medical leaders, other directors, and senior management to develop and further the vision and strategies of neurology-related services including inpatient services .

Communicates clear expectations of results to physicians and assists with the resolution of complex issues and problems.

Participates in the implementation of quality assurance and utilization review with program managers.

Assures a dynamic and comprehensive educational program that meets community and neurology care team needs.

Acts for the medical staff in emergency matters regarding patient care in the absence of attending staff.

Ensures effective communication among medical, nursing, and administrative staff.

Works cooperatively with clinical directors of neurology-related programs, including emergency, nursing and stroke services.

Consults with clinical director in addressing ethical and/or legal issues related to consult services and/ or specific patient care.

Consults with professional staff and referring physicians regarding care and treatment of referred patients.

Follows department procedure regarding clinical chart entries and communicates results of findings to ordering physician.

Monitors Continuous Quality Improvement from the operations standpoint.

Medical Center in Medford is a 378-bed regional referral center and Level II Trauma Center serving about 600,000 people in Southern Oregon and Northern California.
