RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities of the Junior Business Systems Analyst include the following:
System Implementation
Takes direction from the Business Systems Analyst or Client Services Lead in support of implementation of client RTSM applications to enable client start-up targets
Log, track and drive resolution of functional and technical issues discovered during implementation and prior to go-live
Assist with project build and documentation
Assist with project specific validation activities including study testing, system setup and implementation activities,
Support system integration activities
Assist with client UAT activities or conduct
System Operations
May serve as Customer Support point of escalation for any system or support issues where required; assist with creation of training materials
Maintain study issue logs for builds or validation activities
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
No previous experience is required with the appropriate degree.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree in a life science, supply chain management, or information technology field, or equivalent experience.
OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Must haves:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
