Hygiene Assistant

Salem Periodontal Specialists is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist for our well-established specialty practice in Salem. Our hygienists are allowed to work fairly independently as part of a professional team and receive excellent pay and benefits. Now offering hiring bonus!

We provide full PPE protection to our staff including N95s, gowns and face shields. Operatories are individual rooms with doors and air filtration systems. Hygienists are provided with designated hygiene assistant.

Part-time / Full-time: Possibility of One, Two, Three or Four days per week. (Health Insurance eligible at three days.)

Excellent pay and benefits: Uniform allowance, 401(k), health insurance, paid vacation, paid sick time. Our office has hygiene assistants to provide you chair-side assistance and room turnover. We use D.A.I.S.Y. software, digital X-rays, and front office support for your chart notes and correspondence. We have two doctors; both Periodontists.

Schedule

See 7-8 patients per day. Choose, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday for up to four work days per week. (Office closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.)

Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (Half days also an option, if you prefer.) We’re flexible! Let’s discuss a schedule that works for you.

Requirements

Registered Dental Hygiene License – in good standing

Local anesthesia endorsement

N2O permit
