AGC Electronics America (AGCEA) manufactures high-purity Silicon Carbide (SiC) Ceramics materials and CMP Slurries for the semiconductor industry.

We also serve as a distributor for other AGC Electronics Materials manufactured in Japan and elsewhere.

We are headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA and are a division of AGC Flat Glass North America.

OUR PAY and BENEFITS
The selected candidate will be eligible for an annual salary between $67,000 and $80,000, depending on position level and candidate experience.

New hires are immediately eligible for a full benefits package including health, dental, life, and vision insurances, participation in a 401(k) with immediate company matching, a structured internal training program, tuition reimbursement, a generous paid time off program, and additional paid medical and family leaves.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus for the successful external candidate will be paid out after the first 90-days.

AGCEA has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Chemist Analyst to support our product manufacturing facility in Hillsboro, Oregon.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and document laboratory analysis procedures, ensuring proper safety protocols are applied.
Operates, maintains and troubleshoots all laboratory measurement instruments and support equipment.
Prepares and records samples for analysis and standard solutions for calibration.
Performs instruments calibration and long-term stability studies.
Accurately records measurement results, writes data analysis reports, and analyzes measurement data for stability, trends, shifts, etc.
Maintains SPC charts, reviews, and interprets charts.
Orders supplies needed for the laboratory operation.
Uses statistical methods in analysis, and supports the Quality Department in all vendor/supplier audits and requirements.
Supports implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
Performs QA analysis for incoming raw materials
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor’s degree
Experience : 1-year ICP experience
