Build Technician – III

Note: This role is 100% onsite.

Duration: 12+months

Job Description

• Build of FFRDs, RVPs, Customer Prototypes.
• Replication of customer/Engineer reported HSD bugs.
• Required Skills: Inventory management skill set, any windows OS installation up to Windows 8.1, Android use and build up, Backup and Restore methodology (Ghost), Firmware Flashing (Bios, Hardware upgrades), Out of box thinking is a plus.
• Solid and quick learner, able to handle multiple items/issues at once (multitasking). Preferred Skills.

Skills

• Engineering validation background at Intel is a plus. 
• Software QA or Q&R R&D work.
• Verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment. 
• Can follow Technical directions carefully and accurately. 
• Runs predefined software installation and tests in a controlled environment, and records both the system set up and test results accurately. 
• Assists in Layout changes in the Iab by rewiring configurations and assisting with machine placements.

Experience

• Candidate possesses 3-5 years’ experience debugging PC hardware platforms, building systems and configuring hardware. 
• Experience installing and running Various PC operating systems including Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows – Vista, Linux and Netware. Good –  
• Must have 3 – 5 years networking and server management experience.

Education

• HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates.
