We partner with Digital Product, Design and Global Technology to craft, define, and build for international consumers ensuring digital experiences are relevant across 32+ languages and 150+ markets.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Globalization Data & Analytics to drive key critical initiatives to mature Globalization and Localization data and analytics across Nike Digital.
This is a critical role in ensuring Globalization metrics are aligned to key business KPIs and data is involved in every decision.
The candidate needs to understand and gather business questions and translate those questions into data requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON If this is you, you lead the development and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation, dashboards and performance metrics in alignment to key business needs.

You are excited to partner with critical teams, other data analysts, and visualization analysts to deep dive and get answers to those pressing questions our leaders put in front of us daily.
A typical day/week includes intake and prioritization of business questions, development of data requirements, leading the roadmap and delivery of solutions.
Long term, you facilitate planning across functions and identify key areas of investment to create impact and accelerate growth.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH This role will report into the Senior Ops Manager, Globalization and liaise across a cross-functional matrix including: Data and Analytics, Ops Enablement, Product, Engineering, Localization and Content Publishing.
This role will prioritize needs with key partner teams and handle data resources with our vendors.
WHAT YOU BRING * 3-5 years of experience working in a data-driven, digital role.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent related experience with proven track record as a qualified project manager * Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Raw, chart.js, etc.
* Experience with Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations * Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, knowing when to bring up issues to leadership * Self-starter, quick-learner, quality-focused and proactive.
* Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
* Experience in Globalization/Localization field is preferred, but not required NIKE, Inc.
