We’re looking for a strategic, highly motivated and strong leader with vision bringing hands on product leadership experience to help lead our testing and experimentation capabilities!

The Sr.

Manager of Product Management will help craft and implement the product vision and strategy, lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our testing capabilities, and help find opportunities that unlock Nike’s ability to test faster, test smarter, and test continuously.

You will define and execute a detailed roadmap and product priorities based on a proven understanding of technology, Adobes’ suite, personalization, data-science, and consumer needs.As an evidence based organization, A/B testing is at the heart of our product development.

As the Sr.

Manager of Product Management, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and launch of new systems, capabilities, and UIs to help automate, improve, and increase the velocity and quality of our A/B testing at Nike.

Your work will help unlock new product insights through fueling more testing capabilities and tests, while helping to scale the work of our Analytics organization.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs the Sr.

Manager of Product Management, Experimentation, you will be a strategic & technical member of the Product Management team.

You will be responsible for Nike’s testing capabilities, working closely with Product Managers, Technical teams, the Business, Analytics, and Engineers.

Your primary goal will be to build a capability that will enable a self-service culture of experimentation, one that will scale the number of experiments that can be delivered to Nike consumers, while maintaining the highest quality customer experience when experiments are live.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThis role will be reporting into the Director of Product Management, Experimentation for Nike’s Experience Engine.

This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with business partners at both WHQ and in our geographies, other product teams, engineering, program management, digital operations, finance, legal, physical operations, marketing, and customer service to bring our experiences to market.
