We’re on the hunt for a stellar automation-savvy Marketing Manager, focused on customer relationship management, for a direct hire role with our health-tech start-up client in SE Portland.

You must be in Portland or able to relocate in the near future to be considered.

You will be part of a tight-knit and quickly growing team to help bring their core product to market.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get in on the ground floor of a fast-paced pre-launch startup.

As the CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for this company’s communication with its end users through outbound CRM campaigns (Email campaigns, SMS, etc.), app CRM (Push, In App Message (IAM) etc.), and marketing automation (In App journeys, Email flows, etc.).

The ideal candidate is a self starter with a strong understanding of customer focused marketing principles.

This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Qualifications
3-5 years hands-on experience in delivering, planning, and executing CRM strategies, experience developing marketing automation strategy and building marketing database capabilities from the ground up preferred.

Experience with Iterable preferred but not required.

Demonstrated experience with core CRM strategies and best practices including: Mobile first design, Segmentation, Coding and testing dynamic content, A/B and multivariate testing across channels Basic email HTML/CSS knowledge required Deliverability Ensure emails follow regulatory policies and email best practices Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Inherently analytical and data-driven, including experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Bachelors degree preferred
