Superintendent Commercial Construction

My client is a very well respected commercial general contractor with strong roots in Portland. They have asked me to find them a strong Superintendent to take on some of their larger projects. This company is regarded as one of the better firms to work for of this size. This Superintendent will be part of a rapidly growing division with excellent opportunity for advancement. They are looking for someone who not only to run projects but also mentor up and coming Assistant Superintendents.

This is a full time position, not a project hire.

Requirements:

• Ground up construction project experience
• Experience running projects and crews
• 3+ years in commercial construction
• Must be technically proficient and able to handle scheduling duties
• Demonstrable ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
