AS A CYLINDER DRIVER YOU WILL HAUL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SUCH AS INDUSTRIAL, MEDICAL AND SPECIALITY PACKAGE GASES AND WELDING SUPPLIES. ROUTE VARIES DAILY 6AM-6PM MONDAY-FRIDAY. HOME DAILY!!

Truck Driver Requirements:

• Hazmat Endorsement Required
• At least 21 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of driving experience
• CDL Class A or B
• Hauling aluminum and steel cylinders with various hazmat classes (non -flammable, flammable, oxidizers and occasionally Poison Inhalation Hazard or Corrosive.

Matheson is a specialized company that hauls liquefied gases mainly oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide. We deliver primarily to hospitals, commercial food processors, and government agencies. Sometimes drivers may be required to layover several times a week and be able to adjust to schedule changes as needed.
