A high degree of technical competence is required to define and develop test methods/processes and create state-of-the-art applications, tools, and documentation for automated instrument test.Additional responsibilities include collaborating with design and manufacturing teams, being active in the test engineering community, contributing to the development of test strategies, and conforming to the Quality and Strategy requirements of the organization.Curiosity, innovation, excellent verbal/written communication, ability to solve complex problems and teamwork skills are essential requirements for this position.Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering, physics, or mathematics discipline required
– Programming skills in Java, C/C++, Python, or other structured programming language
– Capable of working through problems and developing solutions
– Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
– Good verbal, written, and listening skills are essentialPreferred Qualifications
– Hands-on experience with Test and Measurement Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Signal Sources, Vector Network Analyzers, Power Analyzers, Probes, etc.)
– Familiarity with National Instruments LabVIEW
– Data Analysis skills including statistical analysis and modeling
– Data acquisition and test automation experience
