As a Transportation Business Process Manager, you will have an exceptional opportunity to work closely with North America Supply Chain leadership, program leaders and functional business partners to meet Nikes growth targets and drive continuous improvement within our Distribution Network.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWere looking for a Transportation professional to provide business subject matter expertise (SME) to support North Americas Transportation network and integrate Nikes large-scale Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) program.

The right candidate will use their leadership, communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functional partners to identify and drive business process changes required to operationalize the capabilities and solutions delivered by SEC.Our ideal candidate needs to bring these traits and skills to the role:* Leadership identity to lead and influence others at various organizational levels* Innovation Attitude & Strategic Enterprise Thinking* Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures* Experience in aligning cross-cultural, cross-functional, and virtual teams* Strong relationship-building skills, ability to build trust among those with diverse personal styles* Highly organized; able to influence others to adapt, evolve and adhere to newly developed frameworks and structures* Proven presenter and group facilitator* Outstanding listening skills, excellent written skills, and high profile communication/ storytelling skills* Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments* Project and Program Management acuity* Understanding and implementation of Agile and/or Lean processes, including process mapping* Comfortable with principles and issues related to Information Technology systems, design, and development* Strong working knowledge of organizational change management and business transition concepts, models and standard methodologiesWHAT YOU WILL WORK ONIf this is you, youll be partnering closely with both Global and North America partners to:* Provide leadership to the North America functional SME network and demonstrate expertise to facilitate insights in key Logistics capabilities such as:* Transportation Planning and Execution* Carrier Integration* Freight Management* Logistics/Transportation Network Management* Performance Management* Data, Reporting and Analytics* Use your discernment to provide detailed business input and influence Global requirements and design processes to ensure North Americas needs are represented and strategic objectives can be met for Transportation* Assess impact of new Global processes/capabilities on North America Transportation* Collaborate across the matrix to determine process and operating model shifts required to operationalize the new capabilities within North America* Partner with Transition Management to ensure engagement, consensus and alignment of business partners and SMEs on the plan for operationalizing new capabilities* Lead the development and roll out of geography specific processes, including process documentation and training as needed* Support execution of realistic business transition plans to ensure the new capabilities are implemented while minimizing risk and business disruption* Highlight functional business risks, issues and opportunities to program leadership and business partnersWHO YOU WILL WORK WITHIn this role, you will report to the Transportation Business Process Director and work closely with North America Supply Chain leadership, SEC program leaders and functional business partners in Transportation, Distribution, Marketplace Operations, Inventory Management and Finance.WHAT YOU BRING* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, or related field* Expertise in Logistics (First, Middle, Last Mile Transportation, Goods/Inventory Flow Planning, Distribution Center/Warehouse Management Planning, Supply Chain Strategy, Supply Chain Analytics)* Additional experience working with 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) partners, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) or deploying systems in 3PL operations is a plus* Demonstrated success in cross-functional, Global project/program execution, developing and leading change in process, organizational and system implementationJob Field: Supply Chain, Distribution & LogisticsPrimary Location: US-OR-Beaverton or US-TN-MemphisTravel: Yes, up to 15% of the timeNIKE, Inc.
