Other duties may be required and assigned.Payroll:* Ensures accurate and timely processing of payrolls in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures as well as appropriate federal and state regulations* Maintain payroll system settings and consistency across companies* Maintain account relationship with payroll system client contact* Work with Human Resources and Accounting regarding payroll system and time clock management* Perform wage and hour audits, i.e.

compliance with meal breaks, overtime calcs, etc.* Assist colleagues at the community level in learning and maintaining the payroll program* Assist with annual worker’s compensation auditGarnishments:* Prepare and comply with garnishment documentation received from the state* Set up wage attachments in the payroll system* Work with employees for revocations when necessary* Maintain wage attachment files for each employeeMINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE* Five plus years of Payroll processing 800+ employees* Strong Excel experience creating and managing spreadsheets to include calculations and formulas* Paylocity experience a bonus
