Operations Manager

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Development Operations Manager to work for our client, a global apparel company, out of Beaverton, OR.
CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 months
PAY: $31.69 /hour
JOB DUTIES:
* Work alongside Apparel Operations team to build strategies, processes, and tools, and play a lead role in the implementation of critical business initiatives.
* Support the Technical Design and Development teams; driving seasonal work and connectivity within the Global Development team with a focus on simplification to enable seamless collaboration to achieve quality, craft and fit consistency
* Conducting workshops or meetings to gather insights and assist in the designing of future capabilities to bring speed, efficiency and simplicity to life.
* Drive product creation processes that support the Global Development strategy: leading process build and optimization for Development owned workstreams while partnering closely with the Global Apparel & Business Operations team to create product creation processes and tools.
* Leading with a digital approach, you will engage the Global Consumer Creation community on critical initiatives on behalf of the Development function to bring our growth strategies to life, and act as the hub to connect with cross-functional operational partners to drive process innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
* 5 years of professional work experience in operations, project management, consulting, corporate strategy, development
* Knowledge of product creation processes + apparel development (strongly preferred).
* Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Smartsheets preferred.
* Experience with digital tools and demonstrated digital approach preferred.
