IPG is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a assigned portfolio in the Oregon Area.

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the communities and general administration and maintenance aspects of the properties; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.

Position requires 30-70% travel.

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the physical asset in accordance with the owner’s objectives ensuring all HUD, State and Local Agency regulations are satisfied.
Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, developing and terminating all on-site personnel.
Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure staff performance of duties on a timely basis.
Maximize the financial returns from each asset.
Maintain positive relationships with other departments within Sage to insure accurate and timely completion of work.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and professionals servicing the company or community.
Provide draft answers for Agency correspondence.
Review all contracts/proposals.
Review all reports/memos/paperwork generated from the community.
Review and approve the payroll.
Handle all resident problems that cannot be solved at the community level.
Prioritize improvement and repair programs.
Contribute in updating community operations policies and procedures.
Attend all scheduled AGENCY inspections and reviews.
Provide rent increase packages for review and submission to regulatory agencies as needed.
Complete annual performance reviews for community personnel.
Check community resident files for proper documentation.
Stand in for any position, onsite or otherwise.
All other duties as requested by your supervisor.
Complete and adhere to annual budgets.
Provide monthly operating statements to Ownership for review.
Any and all other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor, or Chief Operating Officer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Yardi Voyager experience PLUS
Manage America experience PLUS
Prior multi-site apartment/Manufactured housing supervision/management (5-7+ years)
Must meet all qualifying criteria to be paid out sign-on bonus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00
– $110,000.00 per year
