Summary:
Sales Support Specialist responsible for assisting in sales and general office functions by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions:
• Prepare, review, and manage estimates with sales executive.
• Run errands as needed for client and sales needs.
• Schedule business appointments and office meetings as needed.
• Maintain sales demonstration tools and applications.
• Client interaction as needed.
• Sales Support Specialist provide exceptional customer service with both internal and external customers.
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls.
• Conduct research using personnel, Internet, reference materials, etc.
and compile into report format.
• Other duties.

Sales Support Specialist Job Requirements
Skills Required:
• Excellent customer service skills necessary
• Experience in word processing and spreadsheets (Excel)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Works well with others, as well as the ability to use sound independent judgment.
• Time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Requires the ability to operate a wide variety of standard office equipment, such as a computer and keyboard, a calculator, telephone, FAX, photocopier, etc.
Skills Preferred:
• Printing Industry Experience
• Monarch MIS Experience
• Billing or Accounting Experience a plus
• Creative Background Experience a plus
Minimum Experience Required:
Requires 2-year degree or 2 years of comparable experience.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
Monday through Friday.
8-5pm

Salary Range: Depending on skills and experience.
Reports To: Vice President
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and cameras.
