1417Power Sales Consultants help prospects understand the principles of wealth creation. As a 1417Power Sales Consultant you will develop leads, and prospects plus make consumer sales calls to sell the 1417Power student employment opportunity. We will support you by providing training, and paying referral rewards to help generate your prospects.
All 1417Power Sales Consultants work from their own home or existing business office. The 1417Power Sales Consultant opportunity can be a supplement to an existing career, part-time, or full-time. It can be idea for a retired person, or stay at home parent. It can be a full-time career opportunity for qualified individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the 1417Power program to families with children or grandchildren ages 2 months to 17 years, using consultative selling techniques.
  • Attend virtual meetings, seminars, and training programs to learn about the product and the approved sales process. Use virtual office tools for sales questions, issues, and direction. Use WebEx for training, consulting, and selling.
  • Market the 1417Power program using; networking, e-marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, print, and other advertising media.
  • Meet (by phone and in person) with leads and prospects (individually, or group presentations) to make sales presentation, explain the program, answer questions, and close the sale.
  • Provide ongoing customer service to your customers to achieve referrals, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in consumer consultative sales. This can include insurance, financial advisory services, account services, tax preparation, realtor, banking, and other similar consumer services.
  • Experienced with Internet based tools such as on-line sales presentations, account access and monitoring, e-mail, and data reporting. Experience with WebEx a plus.
  • A proactive network builder.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Skilled in one on one and group sales presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications techniques, including interviewing, qualifying, closing, and problem solving.
  • Computer skills sufficient to assist prospects and train customers in accessing the 1417Power web site.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of consultative direct consumer sales – we teach our process not basic sales skills, you must have these skills
  • Ability to learn about personal taxes, savings, and compound earnings growth
  • Bachelors or equivalent
  • Laptop computer with Microsoft Windows 7 or higher
  • Microsoft Office 2010 or newer (or subscription to Microsoft Office 365)
  • Email account
  • Internet access

Compensation: Compensation program options are discussed in detail with qualified individuals during the interview process.

  • Consumer Sales and service: 3 years (Required)

Education:

  • Associate (Required)
