A.T. Staffing is currently seeking Sales Representatives to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a professional capacity and must be customer oriented with extensive sales experience.

Responsibilities of the Position

• Sell, deliver, and display our client’s bakery products within assigned sales territories, in accordance with established merchandising programs and standards.

• Learn and use the basic fundamentals of our client’s Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system including: displaying, merchandising and ordering products, time schedule and callbacks.

• Operate Handheld Device

• Know accounts’ store policies that affect you and what their needs are as they relate to the products that you will be distributing.

• Establish a sound, professional relationship with key personnel.

• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Maintain a delivery vehicle in a safe and orderly manner.

• Promote and sell top-quality baked foods.

Requirements of the Position

• High School Diploma

• Extensive sales experience

• Proven track record of working in a professional capacity regardless of the profession

• Must be customer oriented

Pay: $22.50 per hour
