Office Specialist

We are looking for an Office Specialist to work our Front Desk and Manor Care West desk.

This position answers phones, accept packages, and welcomes everyone that comes to Capital Manor

This Position is 20 hours per week and starts at $13.50 per hour but can be more with experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Office experience with proficient computer skills
Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific and general instructions carefully and completely.
Strong communication skills
Work independently and the ability to make independent decisions when necessary
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend, stretch, and squat to access files and various documentation; must be able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently.

Subject to frequent interruptions.

May be subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, visitors, etc.

Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the job and be in good health.

May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc., including potential exposure AIDS and Hepatitis B viruses.
