About This Position:

As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth and seamless production of our online events and the management of our digital assets.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the business
Perform tasks within a variety of platforms and applications, including the company’s CRM & CMS, Asana or other project management tools, Slack, Google products, (Drive, Calendar, Gmail), Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and other platforms as needed
Proactively ensure that the customer experience is functioning as intended in the delivery of live, pre-recorded, or hybrid online content, and troubleshoot issues quickly as they arise
Maintain thorough documentation of Standard Operating Procedures for the department
Provide platform training to team members in other departments as needed to meet the demands of the business as we grow and expand our team
Ensure successful live, online event production through various platforms such as Zoom, Facebook Live, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.
Liaise with and support the Shift Media team with media editing and digital asset management
Be a positive and solution oriented member of a wonderful and creative team, that works together in an inclusive and collaborative approach to support each other and the business
Qualifications and Characteristics Desired:
3+ years previous experience in Operations and/or Online Production with demonstrated competence administrating platforms and applications such as those described above
Fully functioning and secure home office
Proven ability to function well and harmoniously within a co-creative and collaborative team environment as an integral team player
Strongly self-motivated and able to work in a virtual environment with ease
Media and asset management and media editing experience a plus
Familiarity with the programs and events that The Shift Network offers
Knowledge of transformational content, including teachers and schools of thought
1-2 years remote office experience (preferred)
