Curative provides a painless, fast, and accurate self-collected mouth swab based COVID-19 PCR test with a 24-hour turnaround. Curative has scaled from 0 to 10% of US COVID-19 testing operations in 6 months and is seeking a Field Operations Lead to continue facilitating this growth. This testing is offered through drive through, walk-up, and Next Generation Testing (kiosk, and mobile van-based testing formats). Curative is currently expanding our offering to include oral COVID-19 antibody testing, flu testing and COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations.
Our field operations team helps roll out test sites across the country. The Curative Field Operations Manager is responsible for Next Generation testing sites in their designated region. They will be the primary point of contact between testing sites and the Director of Field Operations.
This position requires consistent communication with each of their region’s current site leads. Daily total sample volume should be reviewed daily & weekly. If consistent numbers are not met, it will be your responsibility to notify your Director of Field Ops and assist in shifting the NextGen Testing site elsewhere. You will be responsible to coordinate scheduling with each of your sites and ensure there are no issues. You will also oversee and ensure that PGL courier service/UPS pickups/USPS pickup is set up prior to any NextGen Testing site opening. All future site openings will require your travel and execution of staff training to ensure NextGen Testing site Success.
Weekly/Bi-weekly site visits to ensure staff preparedness is essential to success.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform duties as the account manager for a Curative partnership (for example: manage all Covid-19 testing sites and personnel in the City of Seattle)
- Manage operations onsite at a drive-thru or clinic on the first day or two of opening to ensure everything goes smoothly
- Work with the recruiting team and HR to schedule testing and training for new employees.
- Conduct straining of testing site staff on how to use Curative Inc. test kits and software
- Conducts customer service training
- Conducts proper wear of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to new employees
- Collaborate with local governments and public health departments to secure training sites
- Track and report key data points to Director of Field Ops
- Troubleshoot multiple issues as they arise (patient spills test tube liquid on themselves, a test needs to be retaken, a patient appears asking for their result, a line of cars starts to get too long, and a new check-in procedure needs to be implemented)
- Ensure other test sites have all test kits and PPE equipment to run operations.
- Manage accountability and inventor of Curative test kits to ensure on-time deliveries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Must have experience conducting training to at least 10 employees.
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check
- Must have good credit (company credit card is provided for travel)
- Must be able to travel 75% of the time (road warrior)
- Must be able to work in other cities for at least one week at a time as needed (hotel warrior)
- Must have reliable transportation (mileage rate is provided)
- Must not have any work restrictions (This position can be required to work weekends as required)
- Must be technically proficient with laptop computers, smart phones, Google Drive, and barcode scanners
- Effective communicator, especially in hierarchical government and military-related contexts
- Must be able to use discretion when dealing with sensitive patient information (HIPAA)
- Must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment and being outside (but within a safe distance of Covid-19 positive people)
- Flexible with shifting plans and taking leadership in new, ambiguous scenarios

Testing Requirements:
To minimize cross-contamination risk during specimen collection/evaluation remote employees must be willing to test for SARS-CoV-2 prior to visits to Curative Facilities where testing is being conducted or if interaction with specimen collection is required. Please note that while on-site, employees are tested once daily.
