Active Telesource is a call center.
We have been in business in the Portland area for over 20 years!
We are looking to hire experienced call center professionals, for our team.
The position being filled is straight forward “customer service”.
INBOUND CALLS ONLY.
As a customer service representative, you will provide excellent customer service for new and existing customers via phone, chat, and email communications.
You will receive thorough remote classroom training, and have ongoing leadership support.
Position Requirement:
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test (includes marijuana)
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background
Ability to travel to corporate office (Milwaukie Oregon) on occasion as business need requires
Call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication skills – via phone, chat, email
Ability to learn and adapt to new CMS systems, policies, procedures
Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mathematical skills
Additional Details:
Orientation: Friday, December 3rd
Training Begins: Monday, December 6th
Training Schedule: 8am
– 5pm, M-F (approx 8 weeks)
Work Schedules: All full-time 40hrs week.
Work schedules are assigned upon successful completion of training and will fall within the business hours of 7am-6pm Monday-Friday
