Exciting work you will do:This role will require a person who can lead a team of Project Managers and Training professionals and leverage appropriate best practices to deliver value back to the business.
To be successful, you need to be knowledgeable, adaptable, able to effectively navigate and influence senior leaders, and lead, coach, drive and inspire your team to direct reports.
This person will focus on building the PMO and associated capabilities that will deliver value back to the business.
Additionally, this person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology.
One of your primary responsibilities will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
What you will need:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience7-10 years of experience in Transition Management, Organizational Effectiveness or Project ManagementExperience in transition management strategy/deliverables for regional/global strategic change initiatives including engagement, communications, behavior change, readiness and training.Proven ability to successfully navigate and get things done within a large highly matrixed and complex organization with a charismatic, can-do attitudeProven presentation and facilitation skills, including high-profile, executive communicationsDemonstrated experience working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work doneEffective stakeholder engagement experienceExcellent organizational, communications and influencing skills ** Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland.
