FULL-TIME

$22.50/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus, see details below

Duties include:

– Complying with all plant rules including safety regulations.

– Maintaining 5S standards and good housekeeping of work areas and plants.

– During upset conditions, assist the Extruder Technicians in re-stringing the product through the line.

– Seeking out safety improvement opportunities in all areas of the plant.

– Actively participate in and follow requirements for Process Safety Management (PSM).

– Drive Manufacturing Productivity

– Operating and attend downline processing and packaging machinery.

– Resolving machine issues through root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.

– Lifting and stacking product during packaging equipment down periods.

– Reprocessing material where applicable.

– Driving production to ensure process and quality targets are met daily.

– Supporting the Gresham Culture Work Model

Schedule
Shift start: 6:00AM or 6:00PM Shift length: 12 hours Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday, Week 2: Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday.

6 weeks on days, 6 weeks on nights.
