Job Summary & Responsibilities Senior level individual contributor working in the Onto Innovation Product Marketing group reporting to the SVP of Marketing.

Individual will be responsible for the requirements, roadmap, sustaining priorities, and go-to-market plans for Onto’s industry leading AI-Diffract and SpectraProbe software suites.

The role requires interaction, alignment, and interaction across a matrix group for products supporting three or more end metrology systems (Atlas, Impulse, Aspect) with every end device and customer type.

Candidate needs to have a working level understanding of both optical critical dimension metrology systems and software including theory and principles of operation as well as machine learning solutions.

The product manager will apply knowledge of devices, systems, software to identify, define, and bring to market the features and capability that are needed in next generation analysis solutions.

Importantly the product manager is responsible for developing the vision and direction of the analysis suite and driving buy in and adoption of that vision across the company.

The PM needs to work closely with the engineering development team, field and headquarters applications scientists, field and factory engineers to drive enabling end customer solutions.

PM is expected to work across the broader semiconductor industry, working to influence at seminars/conferences, customer meetings, consortia, and other venues that can drive and build the Onto Innovation brand as a leader in process control metrology Qualifications * The product manager will require organization and alignment skills to manage a broad set of end customer requirements, internal stakeholders, and resources to prioritize the best sustaining, development, and new product investments.

Excellent communication and organization skills are required as the products, customers, and resources are all worldwide.* Technical understanding of semiconductor devices, process flows, and device design principles are valuable.* Working to expert level knowledge of machine learning, RCWA, and related analysis software* Education/Experience: BS + MBA , or MS/PhD, either with 4+ years of hands on applications modeling or device design experience required.* Location:* Ability to travel and/or work skewed hours to accommodate worldwide customer and resource base* Position location is flexible with San Jose CA area, Portland OR area, Austin TX, or Singapore as preferred locations.
