POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for insurance advisors to provide personal lines solutions to clients by working through partner channels or directly with clients.

This position will be focused primarily on personal lines products including home, auto, motorcycle, RV, and umbrella insurance policies.

Produce quotes, recommend products, close sales, process designated information to issue policies, and perform policy servicing tasks.

We are looking for insurance advisors who will be able to work closely with our clients to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

We need people who are curious, creative, know how to hustle, have the ability to meet challenges, and will always do their best to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

We want knowledgeable, ambitious, experienced insurance professionals that are ready to embrace innovation and technology in order to enhance and elevate the insurance customer sales and support experience.

Training starts August 23, 2021 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Write personal lines policies for clients utilizing referrals from partners and direct applications and interfacing directly with clients* Perform needs analysis with the client to determine specific needs of the client* Utilize a consultative approach and recommend products that are suitable for the client* Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of insurance plans and ancillary coverage options* Meet the department monthly production goals consistently* Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, covering a variety of risks* Support both inbound and outbound calls* Utilizing internal and external systems, produce insurance quotes from property/casualty carriers that will meet the client?s needs.* Present complex information to clients in a manner that is understandable.

Answer questions, ensuring the client understands their options.* Respond to client inquiries and concerns.

Research and resolve complex customer service issues.* Participate in educational opportunities, keeping product knowledge current.

QUALIFICATIONS: * Property & Casualty License Required* Minimum High school degree or equivalent experience* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property & Casualty insurance agent* Strong knowledge of various company auto and homeowner products* Successful closing tactics with the ability to confidently overcome sales objections* Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills* Ability to adapt to a changing environment* Solid ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented* Excellent organization and time-management skills* Demonstrated skills in problem solving and analysis* Independent thinking as a self-starter able to work effectively in a home or office environment Computer Skills * Windows Operating System* Experience with Google Apps (G Suite)* Communication and Collaborations tools (Slack)* Experience with Salesforce CRM System ?What do we have to offer?
