Primary Areas of Responsibility Balance Sheet Management: + Audit & reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts.
+ Cash management and oversight of repurchase agreements.
+ Manage prepaid expenses and accruals.
+ AR reporting & AP reporting.
+ Fixed Asset tracking and evaluating what is required for personal property taxes.
+ Contract and license management (Service, Maintenance and IT).
+ Warranty management (HVAC, Appliances, Equipment and IT).
+ Develop asset replacement schedule.
+ Oversee depreciation schedules.
Income Statement: + Confirm revenue is posted correctly into the GL + Specific sites are responsible for creating and distributing invoices, fund collection.
+ Support ACH payments as deemed necessary.
+ Expense management.
+ Vendor maintenance (W9 contracts, volume discounts, early pay discounts and 1099s).
+ Invoice & Payments
– GL Coding, manage AP approval process, process payments.
+ Review and process all incoming bank and credit card feeds into Intacct.
+ Payroll + Oversee the entire Payroll process, Wages, Benefits, Deductions, PTO, Cross location resourcing, collaborate with the HR Department for benefits analysis.
Other Key Functions + Oversee budget creation, management, reporting and overall forecast.
+ Budget tracking, tools and integrated dashboards.
+ Collection of data, POS, Sherpa, and Intacct.
+ Report generation & distribution.
+ Interface with outside CPA firm for tax planning.
+ Develop and support sound accounting controls to prevent fraud and ensure accurate reporting.
+ Conduct periodic audits of various location POS and systems to ensure all revenue is captured and reported correctly.
Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
+ CPA License is required.
+ 3-5 years of exceptional accounting & finance experience in a small to medium size organization.
+ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
+ Personable/Professional/Positive attitude with a dynamic work ethic.
+ Takes tremendous pride in their work with accuracy and passion!
