Accounts Receivable (Deductions) Specialist

Our well-known client in the Tigard area is looking to bring onboard a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist with Retail Deductions experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Retail Deductions and 3+ years of experience working in accounts receivable.

In this role, you will:
Process notifications of past due invoices and statements Manage deductions, price corrections, shipping errors, and returns Ensure appropriate documentation is recorded into clients files Develop and maintain reports to relay information to other specialists
To be a fit, you must have:
3+ years of experience working with accounts receivable and retail deductions Experience working with customer billing and cash receipts Working knowledge of Deductions AR related to grocery store promotions, coupons, and discounts Strong attention to detail
