Bolt Neighborhood Fabric boutique is looking for someone to join our team!

We are a highly collaborative, small group of people who love textiles, crafting and sewing.

While some knowledge of fabric and sewing is necessary, a drive to learn is just as important.

The most important part of our work is fostering and supporting our customers’ love for creating and it can involve problem solving alongside them.

An ability and willingness to seek out answers to customers’ questions is essential.

As a small business, we all take responsibility for many tasks.

Some regular duties will be: * Assisting customers with fabric choice and amount* Cutting fabric and trims* Assisting customers with sewing patterns and notions* Facing displays, moving fabric around, cleaning, straightening The physical requirements for this position include regularly lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for long stretches of time.

This is a part-time job of approximately 20 hours per week, regular Saturday hours required, starting in August.

Hours will likely increase over time.

Hourly pay is $14.50 during the three month training period, increasing to $15 after that.
