Job Description This is a full-time position with the Operations Team working from the Hillsboro, Oregon office.
The primary responsibility of this job is to request, receive, and process medical records for cancer patients.

CancerCARE program oversees the care of thousands of cancer patients each year.
When new cases are received, and an ongoing basis thereafter we must request records and get them to the appropriate nurse for review promptly.
This position will report directly to the Associate Operations Director; a strong work ethic, strong attention to detail, and follow through are required.

Word, Excel, and Outlook specifically.
* Comfortable on phone, calling facilities, to confirm patient has been seen there, and methods for acquiring records.* High School diploma required.
