What We Are Looking For
A transaction-oriented Inside Sales Rep who will monitor all client sales activity in the web-based software system –
– make phone calls, follow up on new closes from Senior Sales Reps, facilitate new client transactions, optimize each client’s dollar value of transactions, securing and building close relationships with clients that lead to regular sales.
New Inside Sales Rep will create a constantly growing repeat transaction sales engine with performance bonuses that can more than double base compensation.
We are looking for a person of knowledge and integrity.
Someone who will watch over our client transactions like an air traffic controller and who will never drop the ball, always secure the business, and watch for greater opportunities for all parties.

Responsibilities
Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
Perform inside sales activities calling auto dealer parts departments across the country.
Establish and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
Update our customer management system, schedule follow up calls, stay organized & manage time wisely.
Support sales staff and customers with technical issues as they arise Troubleshoot data connections and retrieve customer files as needed for clients Support Systems Administrator with simple to advanced file loading
Qualifications
Previous telemarketing & customer service experience a must (at least 3 yrs would be ideal).
Successful track record in a fast paced, quota driven sales environment.
Punctuality & dependability a must.
Work hours are 6 am-3 pm or 7 am to 4 pm.
Excellent references.
Computer literate & familiar with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel & Outlook a must (previous experience with Goldmine and/or Systems Admin experience a plus).
Results driven, self-motivated, & competitive with a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills that include the ability to listen for buying signals and uncover customer needs and wants.
Able to multi-task, maintain a strong work ethic, detail oriented, & organized.
Can work in both a team environment and independently.
Be adaptable in a fast paced environment.
