including staffing, hiring, terminations, and performance management.Assists with development and implementation of effective incentive/commission plans for all inside sales resources in order to attain quotas established.Establishes sales quotas that support revenue plan and holds sales team accountable for achievement of sales goals.Accountable for competitive information gathering and dissemination to the organization.Accountable for effective use of CRM tool across the Sales organizationAccountable for enforcing pricing strategy and price positioning with sales organization in accordance with margin objectives established by CEO and VP.
