The Partner Digital Experience Manager will be passionate about specific account capabilities, commercial and digital acumen!
This role will serve the enterprise, strategic planning and work cross-functionally back with local and global teams.
You will also lead with testing and learning and the ability to pivot responsibly.
Integrating new technology will be critical to your role blending UX and analytics to inform decisions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of digital commerce and is comfortable operating in ambiguity.
This candidate should be familiar with modern product management techniques, have hands-on experience in rapid A/B testing, and understand how to work with colleagues in design and engineering to deliver outstanding consumer experiences.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research to help inform decision making.
This role will involve working with external partners and vendors, so experience leading these types of relationships will help improve our team output.
This team is results-oriented and is looking for someone equally excited to build measurable impact with our marketplace partners.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Project Management:
This role will be working to deploy new digitally connected experiences and services to drive the entire business forward.
Integrating new elements into Nike’s total partner agenda through the reshaping of Nike’s digital marketplace partner model.
Executing strategic partner elevation and marketplace growth plans.
Focusing on serving consumers, building the brand, and crafting healthy growth.
New Partner & Marketplace Models: new ways of working with inventory, data, loyalty.
Execution:
Lead external agencies to bring new tools to our partner teams, enabling them to serve our customers and consumers.
Supports the internal cross-functional teams to supervise execution & progress against informative metrics.
This role will work closely with the Nike dropship partners to hit the digital business targets.
Using both proactive and reactive measurable insights, help lead cross-functional, durable digital product team of marketers and web/mobile developers focused on rapidly developing, testing, and deploying new digital experiences.
Analytics & Optimization:
Creates visibility to roadmaps and active site experiences on partners websites; consistently supervise reporting for new ways of evaluating the digital business.
Optimizing loyalty growth with partners.
Identify missed opportunities to optimize targets.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will work with our Connected Marketplace team, Global Partnership Transformation, and Partner teams to bring to life strategy to serve the consumer more digitally, personally, and directly.
WHAT YOU BRING Minimum of 4-6 years relevant work experience in digital commerce, consumer products industries with key experience in Retail (multi-channel/Digital).
Bachelor’s degree (or add’l work experience in lieu of degree).
Demonstrates strong capabilities in stakeholder/matrix management across functions.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the .ability to clearly articulate goals/objectives/vision.
Ability to champion needs cross functionally and influence where necessary (across various levels of the organization).
Ability to lead teams, both direct and indirect and drive functional leadership.
Back end system work-(give examples of these systems) preferred.
Experience with both UX and CX platform.
