Practice Overview

What Youll Be Working On
Assist veterinarians with exams, vaccinations, treatments, surgery, dentistry, and animal restraint.
Administer anesthetics or sedatives under the direction of a veterinarian.
Surgical prep, venipuncture, and IV catheter placement Obtaining and maintaining patient medical information.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
– verbal and written
Qualifications
Be certified or able to become a licensed Certified Technician in the state of Oregon Demonstrated passion for patient care and client service Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Team player with the ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives Strong commitment to ethics and integrity
