The Bookkeeper will direct cash applications, data entry, and full cycle A/P.

As well, you will handle accounts payable, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation.

Located in Aloha, Oregon, this Bookkeeper role will be a full-time opening.

Major responsibilities
– General ledger
– Keep a check on Accounts Payable
– Prepare cash flow projections, as needed
– Familiar with Accounts Receivable
– Maintain monthly accounting close
– Capable in credit card management and reconciliation
– Manage sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
– Check monthly accounting close
– Draw up monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
– Prepare subcontractor 1099’s, and any other IRS year-end requirement
– Other distinguished projects when necessary
Job Requirements:

– Candidate must possess first-rate analytical, quantitative and social skills
– Considerable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
– Excellent attention to detail
– Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
– 3+ years of related experience
– Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
– Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
– Proficiency in Employee Timesheets
– Coding Invoices experience
– Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping
– Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well
– Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
– Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
