As a CCRC, Rogue Valley Manor’s residents enjoy the peace of mind knowing that, should their health care needs change over time, a complete continuum of health care options and support services are available right on campus.What you’ll be doing:At the direction of the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Utility Lead you will be assigned specific dishwashing duties to ensure that the residents and guests are provided with a dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

At the direction of the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Utility Lead you will be assigned specific cleaning duties to ensure that all fixtures and equipment throughout all kitchens (and any other areas assigned) are cleaned regularly in accordance with directed cleaning schedules.You will adhere to and ensure adherence to all established Dining Services policies and procedures.How we’ll help you succeed:You will be continually challenged by the back-of-house leadership team and your peers to reflect on your own performance, take ownership of processes and expand your professional skills/abilities.The back-of-house leadership team will delegate to you various projects and stretch assignments to test your abilities and provide development opportunities.About you:+ One (1) year of dishwashing and/or commercial kitchen cleaning experience within a hospitality
