Digital Sales Analyst

About Bel Bel ( ) has three divisions that are primarily engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of products used in aerospace, data transmission, military, transportation, and consumer electronics.

These three divisions include Magnetic Solutions (discrete components, power transformers and MagJack® connectors with integrated magnetics), Power Solutions and Protection (AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, custom designs, miniature, micro, surface mount and resettable fuses) and Connectivity Solutions (micro, circular, filtered D Sub, fiber optic, RF connectors, microwave components, passive jacks, plugs and cable assemblies).

The Company operates facilities around the world, with over 65 years in the electronics industry.

Primary Objective of Position The Digital Sales Analyst is tasked with insights discovery and reports development to amplify the performance of the company’s sales and marketing teams.

They independently gather, consolidate, analyze, and summarize data to provide well-informed recommendations to business stakeholders.

They will partner with cross-functional teams including but not limited to IT, Marketing, and Product Management.

This person will work with sales and analytics platforms to translate complex sets of customer, sales, and marketing data into meaningful information and insights.

Job Responsibilities
Gathers business requirements and collaborates with internal teams on data analytics strategy that will support accurate reporting and analysis Creates and maintains reports and self-service dashboards to provide relevant information to business stakeholders and supports leadership in making effective, data-driven decisions Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify new KPIs and implements plans to provide data to improve existing KPI performance Utilizes data visualization tools to review and analyze customer and sales data to deliver trends, insights and recommendations Produces a variety of reports, graphs and dashboards that convey analytic results and align with business needs Identifies opportunities to streamline analytics processes, reporting efficiencies and drive continuous improvement Receives and distributes web (requests for quotes) RFQs to sales team members Researches industry product trends from outside sources Runs and distributes a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly logs and reports to sales team members Identifies, researches, and communicates data anomalies discovered through analysis Follows best practices and established policies in data analysis, maintenance, and data quality Creates technical documentation as needed Completes other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that supports the skills needed to perform the essential job responsibilities 1-2 years of experience in sales or product research/development preferred Knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing and how to optimally identify and interpret critical performance metrics preferred Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, macros, etc.) and SQL required Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical and business concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Ability to translate business objectives into actionable analyses required Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods preferred System experience in ad reporting tools (such Google Ad Manager) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus ERP system experience (such as SAP or D365) is a plus
