Maintenance Technician

FULL-TIME

$20/hr

(DOE) $20 – $29/hr, $1/hr shift differential for any hours worked between 5:00pm – 5:30am

65% Maintenance Repair: Be responsible and accountable for repair of blending, encapsulation equipment, other production equipment, bottling line equipment.

15% Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and continue to develop the preventive maintenance program, to include identification of inspection and lubrication frequencies, inspection check points, identification of critical spare parts, history and troubleshooting logs.

10% Assist in Equipment Changeovers: Assist the machine operators in efficient equipment change overs while identifying adjustments that can be made to the eqiuipment to improving efficiency.

10% Efficiency Enhancement: Identify and eliminate obstacles that keep our production equipment from running at optimum levels.

Schedule

Shift start: 5:00AM or 5:00PM
Shift length: 12 hours
Sun-Tues/Thu-Sat, every other Wed 3 – 4 Days OFF per week!

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Knowledge with PLC, Hydraulics, Pneumatic and Conveyer Belt systems. MUST demonstrate Voltmeter functions at in-person interview.
