HR Manager – Global Technology

nnWe are searching for an HR Manager to join our team who will maximize organizational effectiveness and help activate the organization for growth by advising employees and business leaders!

We serve as trusted partners and advisors to the Global Technology business, mentoring and advising leaders on matters of performance management, leadership capability, employee morale, etc.

We are in need of a new leader who will help us facilitate organizational change and cultivate associations between strategic objectives and HR activities.nn nnWHAT YOU WILL WORK ONnn nnIn this position, you will utilize a variety of methods to ensure you have a strong presence in the function yielding an “insider’s” pulse on strengths, opportunities, and the overall health of the function.

You’ll participate in key functional planning and talent planning sessions to assess talent and develop strategies to address development needs, gaps, and risks.

You’ll play a key role in developing and/or executing strategies and interventions requiring organizational design, employee relations, leadership, and team development, transition management, performance management, compliance, and overall engagement.

Always sensing and listening to employees, youll prioritize employee engagement, provide insights on functional depth of talent and develop managers to expand their people leadership capabilities.

You’re responsible for driving adoption of workforce planning, and you will act as a steward of data accuracy and adoption of HR tools and systems.nn nnWHO YOU WILL WORK WITHnn nnIn collaboration with key partners, you’ll work closely with functional HR teams and business units to understand the business priorities and deliver a full spectrum of HR programs and services to build commitment, capability, and overall engagement among individuals and teams.

You will report to the Director or Sr.

Director, HRBP or Sr.

HRBP, but collaborate across all HR COEs.

You’ll work with HR teams to capture employee and marketplace insights, data, and trends, which you will use to drive solutions and actions that promote organizational health and the achievement of strategic objectives.

You are aligned to the leaders of Nike, Inc.s Global Technology team.nn nnWHAT YOU BRINGnn nnRequired:nn nnBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences or related field.5+ years of demonstrable experience across HR specialization areas.2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree.Experience supporting technology or digital organizations.Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking.Experience with HR metrics and data to story tell and provide decision support.Proven capability of working with partners to develop, implement and audit HR programs, initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures.Proven track record calmly, confidently, and confidentially engage with management and employee relations to address opportunities and needs, as appropriate.nn nnPreferred:nn nnExperience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Total Rewards.Project Management experience.Professional HR Certification(s).nn
