nnHiring for a commercial furniture installer and experienced driver.
This position requires that the person hired has experience in the construction industry specifically using a drill because the bulk of the work is assembling work cubicles in business offices.
Although, being proficient at driving a manual, 24 foot box truck is also required.
Typically, employees on the driver’s list meet at our warehouse, load the truck with product and equipment, deliver to site, work as an installer and then return the truck to the warehouse and unload.
When not driving, you may be dispatched to site which could be anywhere from Salem to Vancouver and anywhere in the Greater Portland area, so having dependable transportation is also necessary.
This job is primarily daytime Monday
– Friday, but evening and weekend work is sometimes scheduled.
Opportunities for PWR work occurs sporadically throughout the year.
